Returning goods before payment

We deliver to your specified time slot and address so you can review and make your final purchasing decision. If you decide to cancel your order before actual delivery, you can cancel the order by contacting us at the contacts listed at the end of the article.


Return of goods after payment

Return of goods:

You can return the product to us only if it arrived to you in poor quality.


According to paragraphs 1-1 and 2 of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, goods are subject to return or exchange in the event of the sale of expired goods or the consumer discovering deficiencies.


A defect is a violation of mandatory requirements for a product. For example:


wilted bouquet


manufacturing defects;


goods delivered with damaged packaging.


During delivery, you can check the quality of the bouquet immediately with the courier. If the goods are unfit for consumption, when paying in cash or by card through a POS terminal, the courier will recalculate on the spot. If you pay online, you can return the goods to the courier on site, but the recalculation will be made within 3-5 business days.


Important! If you notice problems with the product after the courier has left, please send us a photo of the unusable product within 24 hours after delivery. Photos can be sent to us via WhatsApp, by mail [email protected]


If everything is in order with the packaging, expiration date and presentation, then food products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. Such characteristics as the taste of the product (for example, unsweetened grapes, sour oranges or insufficiently juicy tomatoes), depending on the personal opinion and taste of the buyer, are also not subject to the return and exchange rules. However, you can always share your impressions with us and we will contact the supplier or change the choice of supplier in favor of an alternative on the market.


Refunds are made within 24 hours, in cash or through online payment.
